I am not sure if we are restricted to travel only within the health authority or within province. Thank you.
As far as I understand it, you can move freely within you Sanitary/Health area but not, into an adjacent one. If I am correct, even though the nearest supermarkets, bars and restaurants to Lo Crispin are in Rojales, you are, prohibited from going there.

Hi...I have just come off the Benijofar Police facebook page and they state that you can travel within and between co joining Health areas (municipalities sometime called) as long as they have been granted admission to Phase one of the de-escalation plan. Off the top of my head Torrevieja area health zone is number 22 and Orihuela is number 21. So if you live in Lo Crispin...you can go to and move within the two adjoining health zones. Of course you cannot transverse through a phase zero zone.

Now clarified that, if your province has not move entirely to Phase 1, then you are only allowed free movement within your health area and will not be able to travel to another health area until the entire province moves to Phase 1.
You can stay overnight at a second home if it is in the same health area as your main home until the whole province moves to Phase 1 when you can visit and stay in a second home anywhere in the province. According to the Coordinator of the State of Alarm, Fernando Simon.
The videoconference between PM Sanchez and the heads of the autonomous communities has just ended. No time given for the press conference.
Next up is the Finance Minister and the Minister of Health, Francisco Illa. I know the finance minister will be talking of government and EU aid to the regions and the extension of the payments to those who can't work due to lockdown.
Will be interesting to see what Illa has to say, though.
Regional heads are reported to be quite irate with some health areas being kept on Phase 0. The heads of Catalonia, Andalusia and Valencia have all complained they have had no official reasons for this despite them having put forward hundreds of pages each to justify moving forward. Ximo Puig (Valencia) accused Sanchez of using political means instead of real means and pointed out some of the areas in Valencia had less cases and new hospital admissions than some areas who are moving on in entirety. He particularly pointed out the Basque Region (who supported Sanchez in extending the state of alarm) which has worse figures but whose citizens are now allowed to move throughout the Basque Country for "historical reasons" and are not even being confined to their own province.
Quite a funny picture of Torra (Catalonia) who read one paper and then threw up his hands in despair saying "I don't understand any of this".
Fun and games all round by the looks of it.

So if Alicante as a Province has not moved entirely
to Phase 1 then we can not move into the Torrevieja area from the Orihuela area is that correct

I think I posted that a little while back. No, you can only move in your own health territory until the entire province moves on to Phase 1.
The BOE talking of interterritorial movement being allowed was most unhelpful.

Confusing, ain't it? One police lot (Benijofar) saying you can, another police lot (Torrevieja) saying you can't
You can see how difficult it is for me to keep up with them.
However, as I put further down, the director for coordination of the state of alarm has confirmed you cannot move between health areas until the entire province moves to the next phase.
