Phase 1

As i mentioned earlier, things are currently "fluid" and rules are changing rapidly, one minute you can, the next you can't. Marcliff has just updated us to the fact you CANNOT now move between health areas unless your whole province, of which ours has not, has moved to phase 1. As little as an hour or so ago you could move between health areas within your province provided they had both moved into phase 1.
I'm sure the government/health/finance are winging it & altering things to suit themselves.

Now clarified that, if your province has not move entirely to Phase 1, then you are only allowed free movement within your health area and will not be able to travel to another health area until the entire province moves to Phase 1.
So if Alicante as a Province has not moved entirely
to Phase 1 then we can not move into the Torrevieja area from the Orihuela area is that correct
No, crossing the border is not allowed. We in a Torrevieja can’t travel Almoradi, Algorfa, Lo Crispin. Similarly, Rojales, Benijofar and Quesada are “out of bounds’ for Orihuela residents. But, it’s only until Alicante, as a whole, moves to phase 1.
Well, that’s as I see it.
From Monday, Zoco is off limits for those of us that live in the Torrevieja Health Area

AS for the rest of it its back to wait and see. If it wasn't such a farce it would be funny. Get a grip Spain's Politicians.

You can still cross between the different health areas under the circumstances that have always prevailed

So, am I right in thinking that Benijofar, Rojales and Quesada are all in area 22 (Torrevieja)?

You're not the only one.
A post in one of the National newspapers regarding the move of phases.
These are abnormal POSE / Pandemic standards, you never know what to expect. Now they say one thing and two hours later the opposite is the true reflection of their voters.
I liked this one
And if I ride a donkey, can I take my mother-in-law with me and the donkey has a mask?

Annette D that;s very helpful thanks, nice and clear. I didn't realise Orihuela Costa came under Torrevieja though, seems bizarre, but I'm happy about it.

Would the donkey come under the same rule as motorbikes? If he lives in the same house as his mother-in-law (wouldn't advise that near a social distance tho in these times!) yes the 2 may ride on the donkey but they must both wear gloves, helmet and visor. If not from same household sorry to say it's only one passenger per donkey.
