San Fulgencio includes La Marina Urbanisation but not the Village on the old 332 road which comes under Elche

I'm starting to get a bit weary of all this. I know Simon was correct when he said they can't legislate for everything but I wish the all had the same song sheet and sang the same song.
Now it's been confirmed that we can't leave our health area.
Lo Crispin can't come to Quesada so have to travel quite a distance to get to a decent supermarket instead of just crossing the road and going to Mas Y Mas or Lidl.
You can drive with your family but, once you get where you're going, you can't go for a walk because you are more than 1km from your house. Mum and Dad take little Jose out for a walk but can't as it's still one parent only.
I'm in my 70s. I can drive to somewhere like Torrevieja to go shopping at any time but if I want to go for a walk I can only go in certain hours.
People in Algorfa won't be able to go to Rojales. If I drive to San Fulgencio, which I'm allowed, how about the road from Rojales which goes through the Daya Nueva and Daya Viejo areas which I'm not allowed into? Are they going to paint big lines on the road separating the areas? Will they put signs up saying "Ciudado! Te vas de tu area sanitaria"?
Why does one police facebook page say I can traverse phase 1 areas but another police facebook page says I can't.
Why does one in the health ministry say you can go to another phase 1 area but another one says you can't? (Yes, I know their boss has cleared that up, eventually).
And then I watch the UK news and realise the government and departments there are a similar bugger's muddle.
At least here the police will stop you and fine you whereas in UK they just pinch the copper's bike!
Time to start drinking again, I think. Can't do much more to my blood pressure.

Well jpeg it looks like neither of us can travel to Torrevieja yet. Iceland will have to wait.

Well Lo Crispin can shop in Quesada because a court case from A Coruña has ruled on that one i.e you are not confined to your nearest supermarket. There is nothing in the original legislation or since which has changed that. Isn't that the nonsense of it. Phase Os can enter Phase 1s under defined circumstances. Why didn't they just wait and open up the Province/communidad together. For the couple of measures in the difference between Phase 0 and Phase 1 it was hardly worth causing all this confusion.

With all the additional traffic phase 1 is bound to generate I think the Guardia are going to be hard pressed to police people sticking to their own healthcare areas.
Could be in for some queuing if they decide to do blanket checks on the main routes between them.

I think you're getting a bit confused there Bee, Quesada HAS the nearest Supermarket's to Lo Crispin but Lo Crispin comes under Algorfa which is in Orihuela health area, whereas Quesada comes under Rojales which is in the Torrevieja health area & under the rules of phase 1 you cannot cross from one health area to another unless the whole province has entered phase 1, which Valencia/Alicante/Elche haven't. So with that in mind it looks as though Lo Crispin COULD shop in Quesada but from Tomorrow CAN'T.
It really is a complete and utter c**k up don't you agree.
