Thank you Marcliff for all your hard work as always. Much appreciated. I too am very interested in movement in the same province as Benijofar is almost as near to me as Quesada and I have very good friends in the torettas - that’s If I can cope with human physical contact after all these weeks of solitary apart from my dog

Fase 1 permits travel within a province. The whole of Alicante is a province or County as we would call it. A municipality is a much smaller administrative area like a town and its surrounding attached areas. So yes you can travel to any town within Alicante to visit friends or groups of up to 10 friends in a private house or meet-up outside.
I hope I have that right.

As the rules stand at the moment you can't use your car to travel to an area to take a walk which is a bit silly and which would be hard to police. Say with La Mata lake what's to stop you parking in La Mata village and walking across to the Lake? Likewise they don't want you driving to the beach. This may all change before the 11th.

I don't understand the logic of permitting travel within ones province to vist friends, shopping establishments under 400m2, and bars/restaurants etc. yet prohibit travel to a second home in the same province?
A Spanish friend for instance who lives not far from me has an apartment in Guardamar so while under the rule she could go to Guardamar and freely avail herself of any of the shops and facilities there which may have reopened but she cannot go to her apartment, or at least not to stay there.
The only thing I can think is that it's intended to limit the chances of an infected person or persons transferring the virus to another area by taking up temporary residence but it seems a bit thin.

I've seen this snippet of info, which suggests you can't go for a walk on your own in those park areas.
"
Rural tourism (possibly forest walks and trekking) could also be permitted during this period (Fase 1), depending on the region, yet only with organised and limited groups.

I really don't understand this at all. I suffer from COPD and as I live on a steep hill I can't walk more than about 100 metres around where I live. I just want to be able to drive somewhere flat where I can just wander around. Do I take it then that under this Phase 1 next week, I can go to La Mata market (if it's open) but I can't wander along the seafront. That's just madness.

Not sure this is correct as you cannot visit a large supermarket outside your municipality only to a shop or business with under 400 sqm floor space and you must have a valid reason to be going there
