Hi marcliff. We have friends in the Andalusia region. Do you know which 3 areas will be staying in phase ‘0’. Thanks.

Malaga, Rincon de la Victoria and Granada will stay on phase 0 but the Andalusian government has now requested they move forward to avoid a lag between other areas. Not yet agreed.
Also,
GALICIA
Travel throughout the community . The Galician government requests that all Galicia go to phase 1 and that mobility be allowed throughout the Galician territory, without limiting travel to the provincial level, as proposed by the Government

Marcliff those 2 beaches are the beaches in Valencia City. Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, Alicante and other towns have already opened their beaches and has designated areas for those surfing, paddling, canoeing etc. Swimming will be allowed for elite athletes only at certain hours. I haven't seen anything for Guardamar. Pilar de Horadada is not opening its beaches at the moment according to the last reports I saw.

Regarding 400m2 shops: think a square made up of medium size cars parked bumper to bumper with 6 or 7 cars per side or in a more real world image a rectangle say 2 or 3 cars wide (shop front) by around 20 cars deep.
That probably covers the majority of shops with the exception of the big supermarkets and bigger China Mercas although even those could cordon off part of the floor space to leave just 400m2 available to all comers.
Maybe shops will put notices in their windows stating their area?

That makes sense now, Bee. I though they were referring to the La Marina the other side of Guardamar but they are just talking about in Valencia, not the Valencian Community.
And, not quite in blood, but
Council of Ministers Moncloa
Go down to Point 3 of the Agreement to extend the state of alarm.
Then paragraph 5 of Extension of Alarm Status.
This extension determines that people may move through the province, the island or the territorial unit of reference in which they are located. All of this without prejudice to the exceptions that justify the displacement to another part of the national territory for health, labor, professional or business reasons, return to the place of family residence, assistance and care of the elderly, dependents or people with disabilities, due to force greater or situation of need or any other of a similar nature.

The Mayor of Guardamar decreed that as from the 5th May, individual water sports are authorised, access from just two points, one on downtown beach, the other on Roquetas beach. These access points are to be left clear of anything, towels, dinghy trailers, etc etc & there is to be NO sunbathing, swimming or indeed anything outside of those accesses. Reading the Script from Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja it is exactly the same as Guardamar so essentially, the beaches aren't open for general use.

Again, until the finer points of the move to phase 1 are announced, probably on Saturday, everything else is pure speculation & may or may not happen!!!!
