Pound at 8 month low against the Euro

A lot of my Spanish friends ... me included ... were`nt very happy with the result on Sunday against Russia and are demanding a re-match ... What do you think. Let`s test the goalies one more time.

By the way .. The time to `test the water and see if the will of the people have changed ` is at the next election / referendum .. Not have another because it didn`t go your way. That`s not Democracy .. that`s Communism.

Why have another vote? Nothing will change, immigration into UK will stay more less the same, Ireland problem will not be resolved, what else is there?

I have always been scathing of Mark Carney (BoE) regarding his handling of the economy. To be fair, today he was very bullish regarding the future and the pound rose slightly as a consequence. Unfortunately, Mrs Mayhem couldn’t back it up with Mrs Merkel and the pound has fallen back.

I was never impressed with Theresa May as Home Secretary even though I voted Tory in my latter working life in the UK. She seemed to do well at first when she became Prime Minister .. reminding me very much of another Lady Prime Minister. But she seems to have lost her way somewhat over Brexit in spite all of her good intentions.

But the UK public have spoken and she has a difficult job to address that and see it through.

She hasn't got a clue trying to please everyone but not doing her job as prime minister.
