who is the president of the Lo Marabu community and what is their contact details?

Don't any of your neighbours know? To whom do you pay your Community Charge? They can tell you. Everybody should find out who their Presidente is. You ever know when you might need to contact them.

I haven't got any neighbours, my only neighbour's are Spanish. I pay my fees to Servigest

Servigest will know so I would telephone or call in to see them. The Presidente has to liaise with them about Community Matters including expenditure and arrange an A.G.M once a year. They also should send you a copy of the Minutes of the Meeting afterwards.

Spanish people still qualify as neighbours.

You can Email servigest through the online client access but I will try to find the Presidents contact details for you tomorrow and PM them to you. If it's still the same president then her name is Anna but best to not put any personal contact details on the forum.

Do you not talk to your neighbours , the probably have more information and knowledge than the rest of us put together.
