Problems booking ITV Online...

Trying to book an ITV online but towards the end, we're getting this screen (see photo) and can't progress any further. It's all very strange. Has anyone else experienced this and if so - were you able to resolve it?

what happens when you click on the x in the box

Nothing happens.

So the box does not go away and if you switch off and start again what happens

I have the same where if i accept or press x it throws back to previous page.

It is not accepting ! Sign, tried different browsers and used iPad with Spanish keyboard setting. It just does not accept !.

Tried booking online last year without success, said no appointments for 2 weeks. So went on the off chance to San Bartoleme, was done and back home in an hour. Friend went to Torrevieja one and had a 5 hour wait.

Go to San Pedro [ near Lidle ] straight in, done dusted in 10mins , everyone speaks very good english and helpfull , cut out the clowns at torry ...!!

Just pop down without an appointment. A few days before Christmas I tried to make an appointment (had to cancel the one I had made when I realised the appointment was more than a month before it was due).
Nothing available until the New Year, after which I would have returned to the UK. In desperation I turned up at Torrevieja ITV around 1000 without one and was 1st to be seen. There was no-one else waiting and loads of appointments, yet nothing available online! By the way when I made my cancelled appointment I had to phone up. I could not make the appointment online without a Spanish phone as they need to send a confirmation to your phone.

Beware. Just seen in The Olive Press paper Valencia government is warning about official looking website charging to book ITV tests. It’s a scam.
