Problems with passenger location form ..

If this helps I paid £105 for my 2nd and 8 day tests. The company I used was Screen4. The test kits arrived in the UK ahead of my arrival and I sent the first one off today. I hear of people who paid much more

Tests returned using Royal Mail Priority Mail boxes - new one on me! Fortunately they are quite numerous.

My sister went back to UK 2 wks ago & we used Better2know. All worked easily. She booked 2 & 8 day test & 5day release.

Word of caution : Screen4 Trustpilot Reviews on internet not so good !!!

Randox also has poor reviews

Clinics (rather than postal service) seem to fare better - cost however is then in the region of £170

Our nearest Randox Dropbox is and hour and half away, and the recommended special courier Dropbox (price included) is even further away. Paying for a special courier? Lol
Great fun when you’re supposed to be quarantined! If you have to use Randox, before you order, check where your Dropboxes are first.

I think it’s good people are sharing their experiences re all these tests. We used Assured Screening in April for 2/8 day text at £159 each and their service and delivery was excellent. We are back to the UK again in a few weeks and will use them again hopefully the price has come down a lot. Re the passenger locator form, it doesn’t like certain digits I found it all quite stressful, hopefully easier next time !
