Problems with passenger location form ..

Have ordered my covid 2 and 8 day test from randox health got booking ref number but government location online will not except the booking numbers ..said they are invalid ..my flight to england is friday so need it sorted ..could it be the order number i need to enter anyone had this problem ..i am at the moment i a 45 min que on the phone to randox health

Ours was with NWP, but the references were slightly different depending on what they were being used for:

"Order #4203171 Confirmed (this number is your reference number so please make a note of it)
If the order is for the Day 2 and 8 Passenger Locator Form this number will be NWPCV4203171
If the order is for Test to Release your reference will be 4203171"

i put in the order ref number RANDX0543989 but said put in a valid number the number that was on my order

I think I actually put in the wrong reference by mistake, which was spotted by UK Border Control, but as long as you have the actual confirmed order ready to show them it's OK - that is if the locator form will still let you continue with an 'incorrect' reference.

Same for me, I was just about to book the Randox 2&8 day test too. Let us know how you get on.

The problem was after it asked if I need a 2/8 day test I said yes ,then there was a question about that test and early release test that have booked as well..but said about putting not N/A if you not booked..I did not put N/A in this field because I had booked it ..but when I put N/A it excepted the booking ref number...maybe I was reading it wrong but was s not clear ..

All done after 2 hours of trying and a headache..lol.

I had the same problem...I changed the O in the RANDX0------
to a zero, or vice versa... and it was accepted.

My sympathies! We’re having a nightmare dealing with Randox. Their Dropbox is 1 and half hours away. Long way to drive if you’re self isolating!!!!! Couriers don’t pick up from home! I wish I’d gone elsewhere.
