I would appreciate any advice concerning the clarification of responsibilities of Property Owners regarding the maintaining of internal dividing walls of adjoining properties (conjuntos). The damaged area is on my neighbour's exposed side of the dividing wall, this wall is on the left-side of the property facing outwards.The area concerned is small (9" x 6" approx) on the facade and is not causing any further damage. Thanks in advance for any information.
