We always use Les at wheels in Spain. They deliver to airport and you drop off there. No queues or extra insurance costs and we always have an automatic. system works really well and can highly recommend

You should also ask Seguro about their annual car sharing as it will work out much cheaper than car rental if you are visiting a couple of times a year. Starting at €17 per day with a rental contract of 30-40 days per annum.
