A few years ago, does anyone remember that Valencia region wanted to introduce individual olive oil and vinegar packets in restaurants,instead of the bottles, to stop spreading germs from one individual to another.it never realy took offin many spanish restaurants.i wonder if health authoritys will enforce now due to covid19 you think they would,

Itl definitely have to take off now!! Me and my wife were talking about it just before the pandemic and all the germs bottles would spread. On top of that the bottles been brought in and out all day in the red hot sun!!

It was a EU requirement back then which was, sort of, ignored by many countries.
However, it is now mandatory that all condiments, oils and so on are in individual servings. No bottles of oil, vinegar, sauce and only single packs of salt, pepper etc.
No toothpick holders, no serviette holders and disposable tablecloths. No menus (except on a chalkboard or digital screen etc.
That's actually stated in the BOE on the opening of the terraces.

Thats good then , less hands on.
