Rental Company

Hi there new to the forum and was wondering if anyone has had any dealings or heard any reports about HAD Rentals ?
They seem to want to have a deposit paid up front and when questioned about the property have not replied.....seems very suspicious.

We are a couple who live in Cyprus and are looking to rent a property for 6 - 8 mths in Spain either in or near Cuidad Quesada or La Marina.

We are not able to come over there to look for a rental due to flights and distance and have been looking on the internet.
Any recommendations would be appreciated of reliable trustworthy sites or agents for rental properties

Hi I rent my 2 bed 2 bath property in Villamartin using had rentals
I am not overly impressed with their service and may look to change agents next year as this is my first year renting out
However they are a fully licensed company
I suspect that I am not getting the best deal with them

We have friends close by in Quesada who use Hope Properties to mange their property mainly for long term rentals. When tenants leave we are impressed with their cleaning team, and my friends are happy with their management. Their properties always seem to attract tenants.

Try Sapphire Properties in Quesada. They are a first class company and I rent with them. Cannot be beaten!!

Is there much around? Last time I looked in Sapphire they were all marked "Rented"

The rental we are thinking of at the moment is through a company called Leja Villa Rentals in La Marina which seem fairly reputable. Have you heard anything about them ?
We were also going to do rental through the company called HAD Rentals but when they asked for a deposit by bank transfer to a Belgian bank account I got a bit suspicious!
