Residency Police Appointment..... How?

Hiya

My wife had an appointment but one document was wrong so needs to go back.
Trouble is, there seems to be no appointments.

We are relying on our gestor to get the appointment, however, I am sure they are not sat there all day waiting for one to pop up.

Is there a way I can keep an eye out for appointments so I can get it booked as I am more likely to be on 24 hour watch lol

My daughter in law had a problem with one of her documents, the person she saw gave her a piece of paper with his name etc on it, when document rectified she had to return to the police station, show the paper and she would be seen between appointments by the same person. No problems encountered..

What residency document is she applying for? Initial residency with, if from UK, a visa and the EX21 or is it to change the current green card to a TIE which is the EX23?
