Ridiculous Speed restrictiuons

The police were up the Crevilente road this afternoon on the roundabout where the man sells flowers (the fruit stall which got burnt out) stopping drivers book in hand ready for fining. As we drive a little further a car parked on the slip road by that little house, one person in it. Radar gun perhaps?

They have been sitting there for months and have captured quite a few cars they are there at least 2-3 times a week sometimes early mornings, getting those going to work to torre, also midto late afternoons, always the same radar gun in car and stopping the offended at the roundabout this was before the new speed restrictions came into play

These speed limits mean that the police can turn up anytime any place and raise a bundle of cash. Road safety? My posterior.

Not one person on here has mentioned the reason why we have these new limits, its to save lives.
