Does anyone know or can confirm which banks are not charging for SEPA fund transfers from the UK

I received an email from currencies direct telling me banks should not be charging for transfers and if they do to contact CD who will refund it.

Presumably they will then extract a refund from the receiving bank.

Got an email from my Bank Manager @ Sabadell in Quesada - confirmed charges for my Key Account would rise from 35 - 40 euro per quarter. Anyone any idea's re a cheaper Account for a non-resident ? Any advice would be most appreciated. Tks.
