Saturday night in Quesada High Street

All the idiots in these bars with ultra loud music will be complaining when they lose their hearing - it's madness to sit in that sort of volume.
All those saying don't whinge are missing the point. Yes it is your human right to be able to go out and listen to music. But it is also other's human right to be able to go out for a peaceful meal and not have to shout to be heard over the music in another bar. Human rights work both ways.

Didn’t realise that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights extended to listening to music or having a peaceful meal but, hey ho.

The local´s name for part of Avenida de las Naciones, extending from the Arches for approx 750 metres, ie 200 metres beyond the new roundabout at the junction with Calle Blanca.

I knew I would get at least one stupid reaction.
The right to expect to be treated with human decency by others doesn't need to be in a statute to be valid in a civilised society.

Martin the artist wrote:Outdoor music at the bars is illegal, but the police turn a blind eye to it if there are no complaints.
The problem is the bars that think the volume should be so loud that the whole town should hear it.
If they moderated it so only their own customers could hear it, there would be no trouble.
But if someone complains all the bars could be stopped - and of course they'll blame the complainer, rather than just being sensible in the first place.
Some bars pay a lot of money getting architect reports and building upgrades to be legal and get an indoor music licence & this is not fair on them.
