Totally do not agree. We set our alarm off by accident a couple of times when we first got it installed and they were more than helpful. Maria our sales representative even gave us her mobile number if we had any problems. The greatest feature is if you don’t speak Spanish the emergency services have all your details, even should you need to use the SOS button while shopping, on the beach, wherever, they are able to locate you.

You can use the SOS button your phone. I have been with Secuirtas for around 17 years, not the cheapest but their systems are good as is their customer service. The cameras they use now means you can just use your phone to see what is happening at your house at any time.

I know you can use the app on your phone and you can use the SOS button but whats the point of using it whilst on the beach? If I have a problem they won't come and help me will they, I don't understand what you mean when you say you can use the SOS button whilst out shopping or on the beach?

The SOS button can be used, for example, if you are on the beach and God forbid you or someone with you has a heart attack, you press the SOS button on the app on your phone and the emergency services apparently will phone you to see what assistance you need and they will know your location. This is what we were told by Maria our sales person.
