Security cameras

Hello,
I just recently received a set of security cameras, my problem is, the houses are so close that it’s impossible to cover the side and rear of my property without taking in one of my neighbours garden and another ones side wall/garden, I haven’t met any of them to discuss this, as one house is rented and the other seems idle, also do I need permission from the community,

Can you raise the camera high and point it downwards! So you only pick up your own land?
My cameras have an ability to block out neighbours property see example look at the top right blacked out.
If you do this you can show your neighbours a picture and they’ll have no complaints.

I would think your neighbours would be grateful for the security coverage in 2024, especially the empty one. We didn’t have to get permission in our community.
