Looks like UK Government have been reading the Highway Code again or not and have decided not to put Spain on the red list, one reason they are saying have not enough Hotels to quarantine people from Spain, looks like back on amber list again, what a shame.

Common sense at last by UK Govt and falling into line with all our tourist competition.

Ridiculous that double jabbed folk were discouraged from vacation abroad.

Borders open from here on in for tourists and home owners. Fantastic.

Boris keeps listening to the Marxists in SAGE, instead of using his own good judgment.

Ha, ha, ha. I love someone with a good sense of humour. Boris and good judgment should NEVER be strung together in the same sentence. The man has proven over and over again that he is a serial liar and a buffoon and cannot and should not be trusted.

All change again

Huge holiday shake-up sees Germany among SEVEN countries going green, French quarantine axed and Spain saved from the red list but Mexico isn't, sparking rush home before rules change on Sunday… and the cost of hotel isolation will rocket too

"From August 12, the rate for solo travellers will rise from £1,750 to £2,285, while additional adults sharing a room will see their bill hiked from £650 to £1,430. Children over the age of 12 are charged at the same rate as adults, while parents will have to cough up an additional £325 for those aged between five and 12. It means a family of four with two teenage children now faces a hefty bill of £6,575, compared to £3,700 under previous rules - an increase of some 77.7%. "

I mean, thats just ridiculous.
