Spectacular 150 drone display tonight Alicante Port

There is to be a spectacular choreographed display of 150 drones of light and sound in the Port in Alicante tonight at 11.00pm. Never seen a drone display. It should be visible along the coast.

Part of their fiesta.. went to see the Ninots today..a party atmosphere all afternoon...the displays are brilliant.

We went through last night on our motorbike after seeing your post. The drone display was cool, though perhaps a bit far away to have the visual impact you get from a fireworks display.

Alicante though, OMG the place is absolutely heaving. Parties and large scale events on all over the place. It was incredible! So glad we were on our motorbike as driving along that seafront was hell. It took ages and we were filtering hard.

Tonight is the last night when the big Palmera rocket is set off from Benacantil at midnight followed by the burning of all the Hogueras with the Town Sq Hoguera being set alight first and the rest as timetabled.
