You're wasting your efforts, people know they shouldn't be getting it but still fiddle the system regardless.

Not to mention!
The upping of the state pension age, hit so many especialy women promised pension at 60 now 65 men 65 now 67, Hmrc who's robbing who?
The contract was when I started work at 15yr old pay your dues and retire at 65, now that's fraud on a grand scale, and Joe public have got to suck it up!
Contract? I think you are disillusioned
Also, National Insurance isn’t taken by HRMC.

Ok, Dwp,
Pensions is classd as a benefit,
Who pays benefits? and it all under the HMRC umbrella.
Was it not clearly understood by everyone of my age that you retired at 65 or 60 for women,as we were all under the illusion from the goverment,
Or were you an exception did you know well in advance?
I suppose you been drawing your state pension for a good while ,so probarly doesn't affect you.

"British expats living in Cyprus, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Malta, Portugal or Spain will not receive the payment as the average winter temperature is higher than that recorded in the warmest part of the UK.
So if you do manage to get it when you know you really shouldn't because you live in Spain, then keep quiet and don't broadcast it on an open public forum, then get abusive when someone has the temerity to point out the error of your ways.

Fraud. Your definition of fraud and mine are certainly different. If you paid £123 per Month for your Sky package and weren’t at home to enjoy it, by using it in your second or third home, you’d call it fraud. I call it sensible. I’ve never defrauded anyone in my life and don’t intend it. In my view it’s called bending the rules slightly. Sky don’t want people with multi room contracts to allow someone else to use it. We used it ourselves only.

Yes it's states quite clearly several times that if you live in Spain you don't qualfy for WFA and the only way round that is to give a false statement as to where you live and if you got it before you moved to Spain I assume that you must notify them of your change of address.
The bottom line is that your claiming for a benefit that isn't rightly yours, no matter how you feeel about the tax system and what you feel that they owe you, and no doubt many expats are doing the same. But it's still stealing in anyones books and nothing to be proud of.

That's not fraud, you are just breaking one of the terms and conditions of Sky. We have a Skydish and package with an UK address and Sky are aware of it but we are paying them so they are not too bothered.
Fraud is obtaining money or benefits under false pretenses.

Has it occurred to you that this person might own and maintain a house in the U.K.? Surely, that would be acceptable.
We’re in London staying with family and our heating is still coming off and on while the house is empty. It’s particularly cold here and in (NI) so vital to maintain a constant heat.
