Stomach bug

Have suffered the most awful sickness bug and other stuff! for the past four days. I wondered if it was food poisoning from an egg mayo sandwich but a friend thought they saw mention of this on here that there is a vomiting bug going around. Anyone else suffering something similar? It's awful...

No....it must have been the eggs!!

My husband was very sick the other morning only lasted one day and fine now ..we both eat the same food ..so I think it was a bug .

There has been a bug going round, a friend and her daughter have been really ill this past weekend, she thinks her daughter got it at school.

Said she has never felt so bad and it had completely wiped them both out.

I hope fellow sufferers are feeling better. Its been really horrible....

Hi , yes my partner and I had it coming from the uk . I was ill on flight over last Wednesday and took me at least 4 days to recoup . Then of course my partner went down with it straight after , Only yesterday he was starting to feel better . We fly back to uk on Saturday , annoyingly ruined the trip over

Nobody mentioned it might be the effects of covid, dont forget it is still around and one of the main symptoms is stomach upset and diarrhea
We both tested ourselves about 3 months ago as we had similar symptoms and we both had positive results
So unless you tested this is another possibilty

Better now thank goodness. No more egg mayo sandwiches for me!!!
