E45 doesn't contain zinc oxide which is important. And the Spanish equivalent is Ducrem which does contain zinc oxide.

I think you need "Cristalmina",it certainly is an antiseptic cream ?

It's readily available in pharmacies and not that expensive.

I am glad to see they are finally manufacturing it and stocking it in Spain. You were always met with blank stares any time you asked for it in Spain and you were usually given Bepanthen. Not a bit like Sudocream. My niece always took a supply of it back to France with her as it wasn't available there either.

The chemist in Dona Pepa sells Sudocrem and I've also seen it in the "Tesco" store.

Hi they sell it at Iceland la marina.been today and seen it next to shampoo etc.

lol. I think you're the only person who has noticed that it was a very old post. However, I have only recently seen Sudocrem appear on chemist shelves, Iceland, "Tesco" etc.. so it is helpful for people to know that Sudocrem is available here in Spain because it's an excellent cream for all ages.
