Suma Rojales

Hi sorry if this has been covered before somewhere else, but I urgently need to speak/see someone about the suma. Does anyone know whether or not the offices are open please and if so will they speak english? tia

The Suma office was open on Monday. I was there paying car Suma. Think it opens at 9am but definitely closed at two. The girl there did speak english.
