Sun sea and selling houses

We went to Olympia to the Place in the Sun exhibition when we were considering moving and actually found it very informative

If it's priced to sell then it should of sold! If you're getting viewings then there are two reasons it's not selling, it has something that puts buyers off or it's too expensive! If you're not getting viewings then it's too expensive! Just my opinion of course but makes sense to me. Have you asked the selling agent why it's not sold in 12 months and why not post the website link here for everyone to see? Anyway good luck with the sale.
