Sunbeds at La Mata or Guardamar?

Does anyone know whether you can hire sunbeds/umbrellas currently pls?

Torrevieja Town Hall hasn't gotten round to issuing a new contract yet for the sunbeds/umbrellas or water sports. This will make Year 2 without any facilites on the beaches. The Chiringuitos aren't due to open until mid-July I think was what I read.
