Superbeam or Superbeams?

I’ve just realised that they’re not the same company.

Has anyone used Superbeams? Are you happy?

I have always used Superbeam and the service was great, but not getting a reply.

Have been with Superbeam for some time and very happy with the service, even after the system crashed Bob was quick to get it back online. I use a Firestick/FHD (4K) for their system.

Yes, Bob is always so helpful. He’s coming here this morning to install the new system.

Very odd thing happened. I sent a message to the Bob that I’ve known fir a few years from Superbeam. He read it but didn’t reply.

I then emailed what I thought was Superbeam and they said that Bob would be here today to fit the new system. Bob arrived…. But it wasn’t the Bob that I know. Turns out that it’s an entirely different company called Superbeams.

Yes they had exactly the same problem identifying the correct person in the middle ages but they came up with an extremely clever solution. They introduced surnames.....it's worked great for a few hundred years now.

Superbeam Bob is still available on +34 633662514, although he´s stuck in the UK and has relied on help from others in Spain to do house calls. Before they shut down the re-transmission system last November my dad helped keep it going during the lock down periods. My dad also went out and re-programmed various Fire TV sticks when Bob had problems.
Bob has just cut my dad´s Fire TV stick off because he doesn´t need him any more.

I always find Bob most helpful. Superbeam is excellent but we must always realise that from time to time, given what we’re buying, things will need to be reconfigured. Look at what you are getting for what you are paying, you have to accept the occasional hiccup.

But kicking out someone who has worked for you during the pandemic, not a nice guy in my opinion
