The difference between then and now, the UK are not trying to get along, every thing about the WA that is not right is the EU's fault according to Whitehall.

The border down the Irish sea, Boris and Frost knew what they were signing and decided at the time they were not going to keep to the agreement.

If as the Government is leaking they basically tear up the deal for NI, the the EU are likely to tear up the WA where will that leave the expat community and others that want to join them.

I can’t see the rest of the EU agreeing to this proposal by Valencia, as it offers a back door to EU member states for overstayers into their countries, via Spain.

I thought in the Schengan rules any country could impose their own stay limits
