The euro to the pound.

I used to go fishing when I was a lad... lots of time just sitting there waiting... and waiting.. you do get used to being patient when you fish..

It won't be long when all the old people who swung the vote for leave to have passed on and the young, with their young visions, with their desire to move around Europe, to work and live without restrictions, with their open mindedness, with their acceptance of foreign people, with their view of an inclusive future will all be in a position to rejoin the Union..

So I can wait.. I am patient.. this "experiment" will be over and the UK will safely be back in the EU and all this will be a sad memory...

Be patient people... this bad dream will be over eventually.... the young are to be trusted

Happy New Year..

:D

But, thankfully, only five years.

After that, the Tories can’t falsely blame the poor performance of UK plc on a Labour deficit, can’t falsely blame it on immigrants, can’t falsely blame it on the EU. No, the problem will be identified as solely created by greedy Tories and bit by bit their House of Lies will crumble.

OK, a Labour administration might or might not not seek re-entry into the EU. Currently thinking is they’d like remain outside but with a softer separation.

However? Five years is a long time in politics

There won't be an EU in 5 years time. Sweden will be next to leave, other countries want their old currencies back. Then Merkels empire will come crashing down. Good news for people who rely on there state pensions.

This thread is entitled "The euro to the pound". There are a small group of people on this forum who take every opportunity to bang their drum about Brexit. This thread is now page after page on the subject. There is a section dedicated to Brexit yet these people don´t feel they can stress their point loudly enough in a section that many ignore, So here they are banging the old drum, BOOM BOOM BOOM!!! Give it a rest, if you´re Pro or Anti do your bleating in the right place.
Get a life!!!!!

Whether you like it or not, the exchange rate and Brexit are closely linked but unfortunately the Remainers on here are very sore losers and will never miss chance for a good old moan and gnashing of teeth.

I suspect even after the 31 January they will still be moaning and gnashing.

What a stupid thing to say simmo36. EVERYONE, and not just reamainers are losers in this catastrophe. Do you think we should be happy that every brexiteer has contributed to people losing thousands in income since the referendum?
