TIE Residence card.

Any body actually obtained a TIE. or residence card. If so where did you go for it. I am over in Rojales Jan to June the sept to end nov.

Not at the moment. They are only for non-EU citizens in Spain and we aren't a non-EU country yet. If you need a visa to enter Spain, you need a TIE but not until then. The TIE hasn't been issued to residents of EU countries since 2007.

We have the foreign EU citizen residing in Spain card.

There are loads of threads in the Residency in Spain board on here.
Have a look in there and you'll find it's been done many times.
If you have any problems, try the Citizen Advice Bureau in Spain website on residency. They give links to the correct procedures and the forms required.
Basically, you need to complete an EX18 form, make an appointment with a National Police station and provide proof of income and healthcare. Appointments are now only accepted online and the CAB website also has links to that.
(Tip, use Google Chrome as you search engine and it will translate it to English for you but the forms must be completed in Spanish).

Worst bit is that all offices seem to have different requirements. We got ours in December in Orihuela.
