Tiles

Tiles

This is a long shot but after an underfloor leak we need to replace 3 tiles in our lounge. I’m wondering if anyone has any spare? They’re grey and measure 450mm square. The insurance have found some vaguely similar but they don’t really match.

Sorry no but could you put a rug over them?

Why not move 3 from under the sofas and put the others that don't match as well in their place? We had a similar problem in our bathroom and moved some from behind a mirror!

The tiles are in the corner of the room so it would look odd having a rug there. I think we’ll have to find some furniture to cover them. Thanks for the suggestion though.

That’s an idea. Will see if it’s possible without them breaking. Thanks.

They look fairly modern tiles to me so why not try the various tile shops in this area.

They’re 20+ years old so not available any more. We tried the tile place in rojales near the Ford garage, they’ve loads of old tiles but didn’t have any like ours.

Try the one in Los Montesinos it as you go in on the left. I found one there I couldn't get anywhere else.

People on this forum talk about the “ tile graveyard”.
Someone will know the directions but you could also try the huge place called SPIDER-MAN on the road from Dolores to Catral.
They have an enormous stock of tiles and all most affordable. Give it a try and the best of luck.
