Track and trace forms

Hi everyone, me family are due out soon and I would like to know where the track and trace forms for travel to spain are obtained. Do they pop up on line when you go to print boarding passes, are they handed out on the plane to fill in ,or do they have to go on line yourself and find the form and print it off .

I think its the airline you fly out with that sends it to you when you print you boarding pass off I am sure someone posted a message that is what Ryan air did

The latest info I had was here . .https://www.spth.gob.es/faq?tab=2 . .it implies you fill it in online or via an app and get a QR code that is scanned on arrival, has to be done within 48hrs before arrival. It also says one QR code per person including children . . . I have seen that some have not done this and are held up for some considerable time at airport whilst filling in manual forms per person, whilst those with code are fasttracked through.

Worth investigating the actual requirements I'd suggest.

Hi, I assume this form is filled in just before we come over?

Friend held up for an hour at the airport as they hadn't filled it in had to get a translator as it was in Spanish...car park €28.

Some details can be filled in anytime, the rest it states 2 days before travel.
We are flying with EasyJet and there’s a link provided to complete.

You can fill the form out at the airport but it will slow you down. Translators not required as forms available in most languages. Takes about 5mins to complete.
