Travel from UK to Spain (form)

My wife who holds a British passport, is a resident of Spain, plans to return to Spain in 2 weeks after a 2 month stay in the UK.
Does anyone know if she has to fill in a form (www.spth.gob.es) for entry into Spain re Covid, or will her residency form suffice.

From July 1st, 2020, if you fly to Spain from other countries, it is mandatory to fill out and sign the FCS form associated with your trip, regardless of your nationality, age or any other consideration.

You can fill it in online onto a smart phone and they just scan the QR code at arrivals

You can start the form anytime, but can only be completed within 48hrs before flying.

Returned recently via euro tunnel, an on line form via euro tunnel, nothing else, drove straight across the border from France to Spain.
