Travelwise currency exchange
Travelwise currency exchange

Has anybody had any experience of travelwise money transfer service. I am looking to transfer money from UK to Spain. Their rates look good even after paying the £4.95 fee, but I am a bit cautious as I have not used them before. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Do you mean Transferwise? I've used them (and also Xendpay who often have even better rates), to transfer money from the UK to Spain, on many occasions and never had a problem. I wouldn't do it any other way now.

We use World First never had any problems and always get a very good rate compared with some of the other companies.

Transferwise are excellent. Very easy to use online. Very cheap and very quick. With good rates.

As others have said Transferwise are very good. After first setting up account information I have the app on my phone which makes the process a whole lot easier. Good security too as can't use outside of UK.

Hi,
Have a look at Revolut.
You get the true internet exchange rate with no fee.
Money transfer from U.K. to your Spanish bank account is free.
ATM withdrawal up to £200 equivalent/month is free.
I recently used Revolut to exchange £ to € and purchased my property with no exchange fee whatsoever.
It beats all the moneymakers!
