Undelivered parcel

I was sent a parcel from the UK early December.
According to Parcelcompare tracking, the parcel had ''address issues ''?
and is currently in '' the depot''.
If I could find out where the depot is I would pick it up.

As the system doesnt state which depot, does anyone know of a DHL depot ( I think they're the carriers) in the area?

Have you tried tracking your parcel on the DHL.es website?

Yes...but it doesnt recognise my parcel reference. I'm not completely sure its DHL its definately not the Correos and I'm not sure of other carriers working in Spain.

Try 17Parcel, They track the parcel to its last known destination at will tell you which courier it is with, I will say though last time I had incorrect address notification the parcel was returned to sender as in Spain it is up to you to contact the person that sent the parcel they in turn have to contact the carrier and correct the address... https://m.17track.net/en

Just a though, on your tracking did you double check the address they have on your parcel, might have printed it incorrectly.

Failing all this and the previous comments by members, it might be an idea for you to contact the company/relation etc who sent the parcel from the UK to assist you. But reading all the comments on line this company doesn't have a good record.

Looking on their web site they use DPD, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, DHL.

DHL are usually the main haulier from the U.K. to Spain, they drop off at a main depot, this company then delivers. The depot for the area where I live is SEUR in Cartagena, there will be a similar place near you, possibly Alicante.

Hopefully it isn’t DHL. They charged me €20.93 for something they call depatch management on a parcel worth £32. Robbers. I will always ask now who my parcel will be delivered by. Once bitten.
