We were advised to register at Rojales Ayuntimiento 3 weeks ago.
We did not recieve a temp sip card as we are private, but they took all our details.etc.at the time.
Still waiting for a phonecall..I am 65 the OH 63..

Just wondering how they can deal with you if you don't have a SIP card. All your details at check in are confirmed by scanning the SIP card. Without that, I can't really see how they can record it and the confirmation certificate is issued by entering the number on your SIP card.

Have you been back to the health centre to show them your padron and ask for a temp SIP? Maybe the Rojales health centre would issue you one.

Like all things, systems are in place but seem to fall down when the human interface becomes involved.

At the CMO building I forgot my SIP card but did have my Residencia and Passport.
She used my residencia to access my details on the computer and checked them against my passport.
The only earache I had was from the OH..since I had nagged him continuously about not forgetting his SIP card!

As advised by others on here,we returned to Rojales town hall to check we were on the system and to ask for a temp sipcard as we hace private health insurance....
All details were on the systrm and the correct phone number- but she said they were not issuing sipcards and to wait for the phone text..
So I guess its a waiting game....
