Yes that is a good idea but like Taxi's it is bound to be restricted or licenced by the council.

Maybe someone could find out who runs the others mentioned on this topic. Also are they just seasonal like 'Summer only' which would be better than nothing but for Quesada it would be good to be all year round.

I can't imagine that the council would allow a privately owned little train transport to service the area.

Almost all businesses will need a licence of some kind----the original poster didn´t ask for easy businesses, just ideas of what would be good and was not here..

my vote goes for a train--..

FWIW, my vote goes to a decent mechanic/garage.

Theres a point . Theres no Mobile Vehicle Air Con services, that would go well in a hot country like Spain.

The problem with mobile mechanics is that they cannot work on a car in the road, therefore, they can only operate on cars where the owner has private parking. The his rather limits the target market for them

I can just imagine one of those trains going up and down Avda de Las Naciones and stopping and starting to drop off and pick up passengers. You may pick up a few choice Spanish swear words.

is there a law that prevents people working on a car on the road?

In Uk its theoretically illegal to immobilise a car on the public highway, eg by removing a wheel and jacking it up to work on it, , but ive never seen anyone prosecuted , ever.

With a bit of ingenuity there would be stops just off the main road, Maybe 10 or 15 in the whole urb?. It works in Gran Alacant, even near the commercial Centre there and that gets busy...

A nice little tourist road train, stopping maybe in Rojales, Water Park, the Arches, Canales, Country Club, Dona Pepa, La Laguna, golf course etc.. a few beers and no driving home...

It just needs a "can do" rather than a "can`t do" frame of mind...

Other places can do it...

Quesada is better than Gran Alacant so why not?
