Want to sort wills for wife and I. Was planning on using ONE WAY services but in view of current legal issues prefer to use someone else. Suggestions please.

Cut out the middle man and go direct to the Notary in Rojales.

I suppose I like the "safety" of an English speaking service. Been quoted 80€ per will. Is the direct charge cheaper?

I can't remember the exact cost but it is less than 50 each. There are English speaking staff and the will is drawn up in both languages.

I agree with Juanita, we did the same excellent service. It was 40e then and a lot cheaper than solicitors which we were quoted 150 per person.

the only slightly awkward thing about it was completing the initial word document template WILL that they send you. As soon as you start typing, it displaces everything else on the word document page, but once you suss that out, its straight forward. visit to the office was easy and they explained as needed.


if you decide to use them, keep their phone number with you when driving there, we couldn't find it, so if you are like us, you might need to give them a ring when you are close, to find the office. hope thats of help.

We used the Notaria Josè Luis Bellot Sempere, Calle Valentin Fuster in Rojales. Tel. 966 715 167.@ Both wills done in person for under 100 euros. Think you have to have independent translator now. My friends used Steve from the doctor's recently
