I wonder if anyone knows where I can buy a proper old-fashioned pad of writing paper (preferably with lines!). I've looked in a couple of the Chinese Bazaars but they don't have any.

I've only seen A4 sized pads with lines although there are plenty of stationery shops about who may have what you want.

The card and Gift shop in Quesada have writing pads, also the post room in Benijofar may have what you are looking for

The tobacconists in Quesada sell stationary including writing pads with lines.
