Yo Salud

Is anybody else having problems accessing messages etc on Yo Salud
I received a phone message saying there was a message for me on the website but find it’s basically inaccessible
Anybody else having problems

I just logged on, only to see if it worked after reading your post and it was fine. I checked different things, messages from the doctor etc all alright.

I have the same problem I got a phone message to log on but there is no message on my Portal space

Just logged in again, all came up OK and as I was looking a post come up saying "error occured" but I clicked the cross in the corner and continued and it was OK again then I logged out. Maybe they are having little snags

Had the same problem.cannot access conversations. Got an email and a text message saying there was a message. Why didnt they just email or text the message in the first place.

Yo Salud does not work for me either..

just ERROR INFORMATION on all languages

Tried it on EDGE too but the same.

The other bits work but not the messages...

Same here. But if everyone, that had an appointment today was, like me, greeted at the surgery with “Emergencies only” and then received the text or email, they would ALL be logging in to find out why. Maybe this exceptional load caused the system to slow down and time out

Same for us too. Doesn’t recognise my password et. and all we get is an error message. I need a new prescription soon and emailed them today. They have said I need to contact the Salud so will try and phone tomorrow.

initially I had problems opening the message but was finally successful and posted the message in the topic " "CORONA VIRUS CLOSURES - ROJALES"

I got 3 text and 2 emails at 8am today, still can't access the site but guessing it's overloaded.
