Best place for cocktails in Quesada?

Can anyone tell me what pubs/restaurants they do cocktails please

Quesada Golf Club have a cocktail bar.

Hotel Laguna

The Chillout Bar in The Clubhouse La Marquesa has a lovely feel to it but the cocktails are just average, we had some mojitos and they weren't very good. We had better ones in the cocktail bar above Don Carlos but they were quite expensive.

I like the odd cocktail or 2 and there's not many places in Quesada that do them but I've found upstairs in the original Don Carlos very good.

I assume the hotel bar is open to non residents?
