There are too many to list.Look for ossobucco on a menu or rabo de buey.Most don't do it on a standard menu,just on a one off menu del dia. Easy to make yourself though,apart from you'd have to go to a butcher not a supermarket for the meat( and still pre order it) good luck pal

I'm sure I've seen prepacked ox tail in the meat section of Carrefour.

I,ve seen it in consum, mercadona etc, a
RABO DE TORRO ,seen it on most menus in good restuarants,Osobucco ,I thought was made with the shin of an ox with the marrow bone still in ,you see it in the butchers section for sale looks like a extra big lamb leg chop, but its a beef cut,the marrow is good for thickening the gravy,as is the cartilage on the ox tail when its cooked long enough it dissolves making a thick rich sauce or gravy,both good slow cooker recipes,
