Had a great paella @ Manolo's
It's located at the CV-895 in El Campo.
When you take the road at the roundabout at the Hotel, towards Guardamar it's on your right...

I gave up trying to find a good Paella restaurant last summer and decided to go Spanish and cook it myself on the BBQ. Absolutely fantastic result, easy to do and much nicer than any local restaurants who tend be a mean on the tasty sea food ingredients. You can buy the paella pans at any big Chinese supermarket and find recipes on the internet. Well worth doing and gets me brownie points with the missus!!

Thanks people...I can actually cook a halfway decent Paella but I'm in Spain and like to eat out on occasions.
The recommendations sound great.
Thanks all.

Manolos is very good and in spring\ summer along by the fisherman's cottages at Guardamar also very good or try the castle at the top of San Miguel on the back road to Villa Martin.
