Are you suggestion the imposition of archaic, Victorian British, conventions on the Spanish and their culture?

This started of as a good recommendation for an excellent restaurant, Spanish restaurants are usually noisy by nature even Maite when it is busy is as noisy!

It's a shame, as recommendations are helpful, but for some reason these days the restaurant recommendations start off good but then carry on too long and seem to bring in a sense of rivalry and sometimes bickering.
We all enjoy different restaurants/ types of food of course and thats how it should be, but if the single recommendation can stay more or less what it is and the topic stay on topic that would be better. Then when anyone has any other recommendations they could be separately posted on a new topic instead of saying this one or that one is better, on this topic.
Thank you.

History tells us that Spain has had a terrific influence over many parts of s. America. Perhaps that influence spread to dinning habits too?
