Been to above a few times always good food and service for a good price ,what I liked was that you could look on there facebook page and see what they had on the menu, for the next few days, well looked last Wednesday nothing posted, looked Saturday nothing posted, looked Monday nothing posted, Hope the place is still open ,I hope it is, as the Sunday lunch was excellent value and very tasty,

That’s not my experience of the Pines. Just below average I’d say

That's the problem with Facebook ...The restaurants and companies often think it's a good idea to start a FB page but then give the updating to a staff member who then loses interest. One restaurant I was following was good for a few days until the staff member started playing candy crush (and others games) and every post was about that from then on. LOL

All anyone has to do is contact any restaurant directly to find out for themselves why rely on others??
Regards The Pines it is still open, is very popular & doing well thanks to the hard work of its owners who are lovely people deserving of success Steve & Nikki.
If in doubt try it.

,because it was easy to look on facebook page and see what was on the menu,,while on the laptop, they should,nt start something off like saying menu aviaable to view on facebook ,then all of a sudden stop ,it leaves people wondering, not everyone has a car ,and to walk there then find theres nothing on the menu you fancy or they are closed ,then find some were else to walk to ,is disappointing.
