Had an impressive meal....menu del dia....at the Spice Hut at the top of the High Street in Quesada. Pushba, the owner, provides a six section dish with a variety of different food............really lovely. Under 10 euros and a lovely meal.

We had a Menu del Dia yesterday lunchtime. Pushpa now offers the same type of menu del dia as the other Indian Restaurants, i.e. poppadums, any main dish, rice or nan, coffee or ice cream together with a drink for 8.95. It was REALLY good. We love a few other Indian Restaurants in the area but I have to say this is the most authentic curry we have had in a long time. The Spice Hut also offer a few Menu del Noche, 12.95 for the basic as detailed above and other choices together with A La Carte. Very friendly service. Give it a go!

Just come back from a lovely lunch at Spice Hut Indian Restaurant in Quesada. We've been in the evening before and always found it the best Indian Restaurant in the area by far, but you can pick up some great deals at lunchtime. I had the traditional Indian Thali: salad, onion bhaji, vegetable curry, and any choice of main curry (chicken balti for me), which came with a small beer for €9.95. My wife had the Indian Tapas dish: vegetable pakora, chicken tikka, Bombay aloo, and onion bhaji - complete with a glass of wine for an unbelievable €5.50. We've eaten out a lot in the area, but I challenge anyone to beat that for value. Try it for yourself.
