can anyone recommend any A/C engineers, need general maintenance and instructions on how to use because I have had A/Cs all my life and I cannot figure this one out. :0((

I can thoroughly recommend Mark White of Select Aircon. He serviced all our units and fitted a brand new unit earlier this year. Did an excellent job for a very reasonable price and is a really genuine guy. Here's his details:
