Air conditioning

Postby wee_rene » Sun May 11, 2014 5:25 pm

Hi we are looking to put in air conditioning units when we come over in June. Has anyone any advice on who to go to and what units are the best to use please. We are in the Rojales area. Thanks

I am sure there will be some specialist able to answer your question, however we needed an A/C unit in one of our bedrooms and when we were over this Easter we got one installed for Euro 435 all included by http://itemclimatizaciones.com/
Is a Fuji system and works great, neat clean installation, very professional no problems at all.

Hi I don't believe this is an Inverter unit please would you let us know?. Inverter units are a lot cheaper to run but obviously more expensive to buy, if you are not using much it may not matter, However if you intend using as a heater in winter or frequent use in summer it is a lot more economical to get a more expensive inverter unit due to the cost of electricity.

Thanks

Hi we used a company called Don De in Quesada. Just before arches. We've had ours for 10 years with no problems. They supply and fix.

I recommend Steve Birkett. He is fully legal and I have used him many times for neighbours and clients in the line of work I used to have over here before I retired. He lives on El Raso (so nearby) and his mobile is 695096453. He will advise on the different types of unit and recommend what is appropriate for your situation.

We got in touch with Steve Birkett as recommended by Paul Uden. He was quick to give us a quote and quick to make a date to complete the work. He and his workmate were efficient, hardworking and very friendly. We are extremely happy with the work and would recommend him to anyone needing air conditioning. Thanks everyone for your input.
